Introduction to Management

This one day course is suitable for
all managers wishing
to learn and develop their management technique.
Using interactive and thought provoking exercises designed to
improve management styles and techniques, this course will cover:
The managers role
The qualities needed to be a successful manager
All delegates on the course will receive a training pack
to take back to the workplace.
This course wil be taking place at the North Euston Hotel in Fleetwood. The course will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.
