Successful Interviewing Skills - 24th February


This one day course is suitable for anyone involved in the interviewing
process and will equip delegates with the necessary skills needed to
conduct and effective interview and select the appropriate csndidate.

During the one day event there will be several interactive exercises
designed to;

Identify the key questions that should be asked at interviews.

Look at the importnace of preparation in conducting an interview.

Consider the do's and don't's to effective interviewing.

Encourage the delegates to practise through role play..

Analyse their own interview techniques and produce an action
plan for taking back in to the workplace


All delegates attending this event will receive a full colour
reference pack to take away.

This course wil be taking place at Inglewood Manor in South
Wirral. The course will begin at 9.30 with
refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish
around 12.30 followed by lunch.
